As part of a portrait of the NHS on its 75th anniversary, a national collaboration between 19 hospital trusts and thousands of NHS staff in hospitals across England built on and celebrated the work of the National Arts in Hospitals Network.

As part of the project, nine illustrations were created for Mid Cheshire NHS Trust to accompany a video produced by Junction 15 and poetry written by Beth Calverley in collaboration with staff at Leighton Hospital, Crewe.

The illustrations were displayed as framed prints within each contributing department and within a public corridor in the hospital building.

The prints will also be displayed in a public cultural quarter in Crewe town centre later in 2024.
